About Me

Capturing the fleeting moments of time.

"Click of the shutter."

Long before mirrorless cameras, back in the days of film and paper, I still remember the day, my mother gave me the family Kodak Brownie Box camera. I was in the six grade on my way to my first summer camp in the Santa Cruz Mountains. I couldn’t believe my mother was giving me the family camera.  My father took all the pictures. I shook my head, “What if I break it?” My mother snapped at me, “Here boy, take the camera.” It was  magic, with the first click of the shutter, I was in love.  In the woods, in the beautiful green forrest, in the glowing light of the campfire, down on the sandy shores of the Santa Cruz Bay, I took my first pictures.  l’ve been in love with photography ever since.

I am a veteran photographer with over 40 years of experience documenting historic moments, cultural icons, and influential leaders.
